Rain, rain GO AWAY RIGHT NOW

My outfit picture for today really conveys the extent to which I'm COMPLETELY FED UP with the endless rain that has engulfed Oklahoma. Will I never be able to outside and take a decent photo for this project again?

top - GAP, skirt - self-made, shoes - TOM's, necklace - J.Crew Outlet

I think the 30 for 30 must be getting to me because last night I had a dream that a commenter told me I was being too wordy in my blog updates. So, briefly: I wore this outfit to run some errands and get drenched in rain yet again. At least now I have groceries and garden trellises to show for myself.

Also: I'm going on a short road trip to St. Louis over the weekend, so I won't be posting again until Monday--but I WILL be documenting my outfits and adventures! Also, the 30 for 30 challenge makes packing a lot easier.

That skirt is terrific! I really need to work on my sewing skills and make myself something awesome like that.

Oh, and I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that it is finally raining in Ohio. The temperature automatically dropped like 15 degrees. I might not die of heatstroke in this old poorly air-conditioned house after all! :)
