Productivity

Today has actually been a productive day, although I don't have much to show for it. I'm in the process of sorting through EVERYTHING I own and getting rid of all the junk I've acquired over the years. Today I sorted through hats, scarves and gloves and purses. The problem I found today is that I'm easily able to get rid of past belongings, except for those I made. So, the wobbly purple acrylic scarf I made in middle school? Stayed. The tie-dyed backpack with gold sun appliques and glitter paint? Stayed. This wouldn't be such a problem except, as I realized during my cleaning today, almost all of my cold-weather gear is handmade, and about half my purses are handmade. Many of them are ugly, unnecessary, seldom get used... yet I kept them all.

Another project I've been working on is finally, FINALLY ordering prints of all the digital photos that are cluttering up my iPhoto and making my computer run too slowly. This is a major breakthrough, because I've been meaning to get to this for years. To give you a sense of how long I've procrastinated, I'm about to be a senior in college... and I'm just now ordering prints of my high school graduation.
